How quickly can I expect my order?

Once your product is in stock* at our UK warehouse and a final quality check has been carried out by a member of the team, we will endeavour to ship your order on the next business day.

We use FedEx for our deliveries and shipping usually takes between 3 & 5 working days to the US and Europe. For UK deliveries, we aim to deliver on the next working day.

*Please note that if we do not have your desired item in stock and available to despatch, we will contact you with an expected delivery time.

What couriers do you use?

All our shipments are usually delivered by FedEx to get orders to you as safely as possible at the lowest possible price. We may use other couriers as and when required.

What is express shipping?

Where our standard shipping takes between 3 & 5 working days from our UK warehouse to the US and Europe by FexEx, express shipping means we will ship your item(s) using the fastest available service, as long as in stock and after we’ve carried out the final quality checks.

Preorders

If an item is available on back-order, when can I expect?

That will very much depend on if the item is already in the production process. Please contact us by email for a predicted delivery period for back-ordered item.

How do preorders work?

Preordering from Wessex Tubas simply means you’re reserving an item that is not currently available or has been planned for future release.

When you preorder an item, we’ll ask that you pay a deposit to reserve your item(s) for when they become available.

Once they arrive at the UK warehouse, we’ll then ask you to pay the remaining amount and ship your item(s) as soon as possible.

Returns

Can I return the item if I am not satisfied?

For instruments: You can return any instrument bought from Wessex Tubas within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

However, please contact us before returning your item so we can provide you with return labels and a collection booking with our dedicated courier to ensure the safe return of your item/s. When returning the instrument, it must be in its original packaging and in ’as received’ condition.

Please note that shipping charges apply to refund upon return of your item and any damage will also result in reduced refund.

To initiate a return, please email coda@Wessex-tubas.com with details of why you want to return, so we can assist.
